There are a lot of ways to make guacamole. But invariably, the simpler the better. Like Chef Jackie always says: K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Sweetie).
JACKIE'S GUACAMOLE

Ingredients:
2 avocados, mashed or pureed
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 clove garlic, crushed
Dash of Tabasco
4 teaspoons lemon juice
2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill. The acidity of tomatoes and lemon juice are what keep avocado from darkening.
Makes about 3 cups.
